Fortune Atrium Hotel - Dubai

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Fortune Atrium Hotel with our 6-month-old baby. The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Mehtab and Adil, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great, close to malls and attractions like Dubai Creek. The rooftop pool was a nice touch for relaxation, and the breakfast selection was delicious, featuring the best cappuccino I've had in Dubai. While some aspects like air quality could be improved, the overall experience was cozy and a good value for money. Highly recommended for families seeking comfort and a friendly atmosphere.

as for me, the location was magnificent and great, not far from the closest bus stop and the rasa restaurant and metro stations burjuman/oud metha. there was cafe smoke lab, that i found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. the view of city from my quiet and fantastic room was exceptionally good. coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were very handy.

The rooms were good-sized and compact and had a coffee maker and a refrigerator.

I couldn't get a decent night's sleep because of the loud music blasting from the bar downstairs. It went on until 3 AM! Even with a tiring day behind me, I felt the music vibrating through the walls-such a nightmare!

I had a decent stay at the hotel! The location is great-just a quick 15-minute drive to the airport and a short walk to the metro station. The staff were super friendly, especially Kamla at the reception, who made check-in smooth and easy. I also enjoyed the cozy swimming pool area and the room service was great with delicious food!

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The staff were really good and always ready to assist, with special mentions to Mehtab and Kamla. My room was large and comfortable, ensuring a restful night after exploring the local area.

The breakfast selection was average, leaving room for improvement, and the noise from nearby clubs could be disruptive for light sleepers. I encountered a couple of minor service snags at check-out that left a sour taste.

Staying here was a right laugh! The staff were as friendly as a pub mate, always there when I needed 'em. My room was spacious and dead clean, like a fresh pint. But the noise from the nightlife was a bit much for me, kept me up late.

The air quality also needed improvement, as I noticed a musky smell in the corridors and my non-smoking room. It could be a suitable choice for a short stay with friends, but improvements are needed.

The outdated décor really needs attention!!! And to retrieve my takeout from the reception instead of room service felt quite unwelcoming. The loud music from the upper level made for a sleepless night!!!
